Listing opportunities in the Nordic region

NASDAQ OMX Nordic is the major centre for listing of bonds in the Nordic region with about 5,000 listed bonds, of these bonds on our four exchanges. All major types of debt instrument can be listed on our markets, including medium-term note (MTN) programs, commercial papers, mortgage bonds, convertibles, structured bonds and lottery bonds to mention a few.

Throughout the whole listing process we provide guidance and help for issuers and their advisors in order to enable a fast and smooth listing process. Our services are based on international best practices and standards with the aim of giving our clients a fast, reliable and efficient service in the listing process. Rules and regulation for listing on our markets are in accordance with international best practice and are continually revised to meets demand changes in legislation and input from dialogue with our clients.
