Rules StockholmNASDAQ OMX Stockholm has an extensive set of rules and regulations. The NOREX Member Rules contain conditions for membership and rules for trading. These rules and regulations for members and trading in the SAXESS system is joint for each exchange in the NOREX-alliance, i.e. the NASDAQ OMX in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Iceland, Stockholm and Oslo Börs. The Rules and regulations of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets define terms and conditions relate to exchange and clearing operations concerning instruments for derivatives etc., as well as contractual terms for the contracts which are entered into between the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and members respective NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and customers. In connection of the introduction of the new trading platform the Reporting Guideline and the Buy-in rules are also updated. 10 December 2009The Rule Book for Issuers has been amended with a new section 2.10.
