Seminars for the board of directors and senior management

NASDAQ OMX offers seminars for the Board of Directors, senior management, and auditors at listed companies. These seminars address the Listing Agreement, the Listing Requirements, the Disclosure Requirements and insider issues and the purpose is to enhance the knowledge regarding exchange related issues. In order to facilitate, NASDAQOMX Nordic can, under certain circumstances, provide seminars or videoconferences for individual companies.

The seminar is free of charge, for the board of directors, senior managements, and auditors in the listed companies. Others pay 3000 SEK/person.
